Rally in support of unsheltered folks, Stop the raids!
City Hall 3 PM and the RI Statehouse at 4 PM. Rhode Islanders with lived experience of homelessness and their allies will march from Mathewson Street Church to Providence City Hall and the Statehouse to demand that Mayor Smiley stop all police raids of homeless encampments and that Governor McKee declare a State of Emergency until the current urgent crisis of unsheltered homelessness is effectively addressed.
