Join us on October 10th as we put on a benefit show for @aifmyanmar at Pyxis. The AIF is a formation of international volunteers engaged in armed struggle against the military junta in Myanmar. Much like in Palestine, the people of Myanmar are taking up arms against the brutal military regime and resisting by all means necessary. Most recently, the AIF participated in the liberation of the city of Falam alongside the Chin Brotherhood, a coalition of ethnic militias defending the rights of the Chin people in western Myanmar. You’ll be able to hear directly from AIF volunteers at our show as they send a video dispatch direct from the frontlines.
