RI Shows was founded in February 2018 by Joe-Lou as a singular list of shows, filling a void left by the collapse of the message board “Lots of Noise”. A new iteration of the site was designed and built by K Belardinelli. It is maintained by volunteers and readers like you, who contribute shows to the list.
Covid Times
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted our focus temporarily from in-person shows to protests and virtual events. During 2020 we also published a list of New Releases from Local Artists to support the local music community.
