International Women’s Dance
Ladies* Only Dance Party + Mass Meeting @pyxis.pvd 25 Manton Ave Join us for a performance from @sounds_by_ginger_ followed by a discussion of women + trans issues in Rhode Island Share the changes you want to see in the world and help us launch a mass organization focused on fighting gender based oppression! The night will be concluded with a dance party with sounds spun by @motamammi *we will not be policing gender. The intention is solely to indicate the focus on creating a space where women, non-binary, feminine, and other gender oppressed peoples feel safe and respected. Anyone who thinks they belong here is welcome! This is a free, all ages event; we ask that anyone under 18 be accompanied by an adult. Please do not bring drugs or alcohol into the venue Note on accessibility: this venue is up a flight of stairs and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility issues, please contact @voiceofpvd and we will do our best to work with you on a plan to help you up the stairs
