Making Guitars Sustainably: a Talk with Rachel Rosenkrantz
Rachel Rosenkrantz, French luthier and faculty member at RISD, is pioneering the use of biomaterials in guitar-building. She will discuss her use of mycocomposites, fish leather, honeycombs and other earth-friendly materials in designing her instruments. This talk takes place in Orwig Music Building, room 109. Admission is free and open to the public.
