You are invited to this community gathering where we will gather to remember the true history of Thanksgiving.
We will talk about the origin of this practice in the United States. We recognize that the true history of Settlers’ Thanksgiving has its roots in the celebration of the forced displacement and slaughter of indigenous peoples across the continent.
